Biography:
Bob Cunningham is an experienced speaker on the subject of reaching and utilizing multicultural media. His experience and knowledge helps individuals, organizations and community groups effectively reach multicultural consumers through print, broadcast, and social media. Bob Cunningham is an innovative thinker and public speaker that is able to transform the message and leverage advertising and publicity campaigns through local, regional, and national initiatives.

Bob is a strategic thinker and able to develop strategic goals and objectives for multicultural campaigns. He is able to engage an audience to maximize their marketing and communication strategy.

Bob brings corporate public relations and communications, marketing procedures, media relations, along with extensive community involvement and outreach experience. He also has expertise in reaching multicultural consumer populations through internal and external communication resources.

His work experience demonstrates a responsibility for building alignments for communications and public relations initiatives across key business units, while partnering to enhance communication opportunities. Bob has developed strategic communication plans and initiatives that can enhance a company’s position among internal and external audiences, along with extensive experience in building and maintaining community and business partnerships that reach multicultural consumers.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in the communications and marketing area, along with a strategic plan for clients to effectively utilize multicultural media in local, regional and national markets. His expertise has added tremendous value and he has used those skills to serve in leadership positions for several non-profit organizations.

Bob has developed strategic relationships with multicultural media outlets such as Tom Joyner, Black Enterprise, Hispanic Business Magazine, Minority Business News, and many others. He has been featured in “Who’s Who in Black Columbus,” along with receiving numerous awards and recognitions throughout his career.

A native of Columbus, Ohio, Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. Bob is married with two children and currently serves as board chairman for The First Tee of Columbus, President of the Alliance for African American Parents and Educators for the Worthington School District and advisor for several groups within his local church.
