Jacqueline Rhinehart's vision has guided her through a wildly successful 24-year career as a marketing and publicity executive for companies in music, publishing and government. She has spent the last 19 years in music ( the last eight at Universal Music Group as senior vice president of marketing at Motown Records), but her passion experience and accomplishments translate to any industry requiring a keen strategist to connect products and audiences.

As senior vice president of marketing Rhinehart charted the course for Universal Music Marketing,including the legendary Motown label, working with artists and label imprints including : NELLY, Erykah Badu, Cash Money Records (Little Wayne), Boys II Men, Master P, P.Diddy's Bad Boy Entertainment, she directed multi- million dollar advertising and media campaigns. She developed winning cross-promotional ventures among Universal artist and companies such as Seagram, Coca-Cola, Budweiser, ad BET among others. Rhinehart, was responsible for the creative in all mediums, including music videos, print, television, radio and internet campaigns.

Prior to her long tenure at Universal, she was senior director of publicity for Arista Records, during the tenure of legendary music impresario, Clive Davis. Rhinehart oversaw the publicity department and developed campaigns for Dionne Warwick, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton TLC, Deborah Cox, Monica, the Notorious B.I,G, Faith Evans, Sean P. Diddy Combs, Lisa Stansfield and others. In 1989 Rhinehart helped launch LaFace Records with hit makers LA Reid and Babyface, She created the media campaigns for the launch of both LaFace and Bad Boy Entertainment, as well as the Waiting to Exhale and Preacher Wife's soundtracks.

Prior to Arista, she oversaw the marketing and publicity of UPTOWN Records under Andre Harrell. There she created the campaigns for Mary J. Blige ( My Life album), Heavy D, Jodeci,and others.

Prior to Arista Rhinehart spent years as a vice president of management firm Hiram Hicks Management,handling Keith Sweat, BBD, and TLC. As head of Marketing and publicity departments at Mercury Records,Rhinehart created marketing campaigns for Vanessa Williams, Oleta Adams, Brian McKnight, Tony! Tonie! Tone!, Jon Lucien, seminal rappers, Black Sheep and Third World.

Rhinehart's career in music began after leaving her position as Director of the South Carolina Governor's Mansion,in Columbia SC where her marketing and merchandising company created the tour merchandise for superstar Rick James, Cameo, Zapp and other groups before moving to New York City. Beginning as director of artist development at HUSH Productions, Rhinehart directed the details of each artist project,including album packaging. Artists managed were: Freddie Jackson, Melba Moore,McFadden & Whitehead,Ray Goodman & Brown, Mel'isa Morgan, Alex Bugnon, Najee,and 23 other acts.

Rhinehart also worked at the legendary PENTHOUSE Magazine (under Bob Guccione) in advertising sales.
