Biography:
Karen Nethersole, Esq., is the CEO & Founder of Full Circle NY (FCNY). Throughout her career Karen has focused on advocating for and empowering her clients. She began at a private law firm as outside counsel to Fortune 500 companies and then transitioned from law to a career in Human Resources at a Fortune 500 Company. Karen created innovative training programs that helped her company become more competitive and set the standard for others in the industry to follow. Because Karen enacted powerful positive change she was featured in The Harvard University Guide to Summer Opportunities 2008 www.harvard.edu and her successes were also highlighted in ESSENCE magazine www.essence.com. Inspired by the diversity of talents and skills she saw in professionals and students, Karen then drafted the blueprint for what would become FCNY.

Karen graduated magna cum laude from St. Francis College (NY) and was inducted into the Duns Scotus Honor Society. She obtained her juris doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law and is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars as well as various Federal courts.
