Biography:
Marsha Haygood is a powerful motivational
speaker and a dynamic career and personal coach.
With a solid career development track record
in corporate America, Marsha is a highly accomplished
and experienced human resource professional.
She founded and is President of StepWise Associates,
LLC, a career and personal development consultancy
with a clear mission: to offer professional
and personal guidance to individuals and corporations
through coaching, facilitating self exploration,
and motivational speaking.
Marsha’s
vision is laser-focused on passion, potential
and goal fulfillment. She uniquely inspires
her clients and audience to wholeheartedly identify
their passion, realize their potential and fulfill
their goals.
Marsha
cultivated her coaching expertise during 25+
years as an Executive in Human Resources where
she advised Senior Management and coached employees
at all levels.
In
her last corporate position, she was Executive
Vice President – Human Resources and Administration
at New Line Cinema, a division of Time Warner.
Prior to New Line, Marsha held an executive
position in Human Resources at Orion Pictures,
among other companies.
Marsha
has the distinction of being selected from a
nationwide search to be featured in the 1st
Edition of Speaking of Success, a highly successful
book series from Insight Publishing. The book
features best-selling authors Stephen R. Covey
(Seven Habits of Highly Effective People), Ken
Blanchard (One Minute Manager) and Jack Canfield
(Co-Creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul). Marsha
Haygood, Blanchard, Covey and Canfield are joined
by other well known authors and speakers, each
offering time-tested strategies for success
in frank and intimate interviews.
Marsha
has been featured in a number of other publications
for her contributions to corporate America and
is currently collaborating on her second book
which will offer wisdom and career guidance
for women.
Marsha

and the National Association of Female Executives.
She has won numerous awards including the prestigious
YMCA Black Achievement Award and The Network
Journal’s Influential Black Women in Business
Award.
