Biography:
Go-Getter, Trailblazer, Visionary, Trendsetter-these are just a few adjectives that describe Tanya R. White. As an author, life success coach, educator and empower speaker, Tanya’s thought provoking writings and engaging workshops are RATED R for being REAL, RELEVANT and REFRESHING.

“I think BIG and desire to do great things for God. But every time I get around Tanya, she inspires me to think even BIGGER”, says one of Tanya’s business associates. Tanya has an exhilarating presence that compels men and women to kick down the doors of ordinary living to transcend to greater levels of extraordinary personal and holistic success.

While teaching bible study classes for almost 10 years to Christian singles at one of Louisville’s largest African American churches, Tanya inspired men and women to boldly fulfill their destiny through cultivating healthy relationships with God, themselves and other people. Tanya implemented this same philosophy in her career as a public school educator for over 9 years. She continues to challenge people to develop healthy relationships by resolving past issues, building self confidence, setting relationship boundaries and expectations, calmly confronting conflict and engaging in honest and effective communication.

In December 2005, Tanya’s pain, purpose and passion birthed another dimension of her destiny. To cope with the devastating death of her mother from lung cancer, she launched a weekly e-newsletter called Tanya’s Tips. Her mother’s death awakened Tanya to cherish and maximize every moment of life. Jill Scott’s song “Golden” became her life theme and through the e-newsletter, Tanya empowers people to live the golden life by giving practical life Tips For Today That Will Transform Your Tomorrow! Tanya’s Tips has exploded into a weekly dose of life changing impartation that currently is distributed internationally in 15 states and in London.

In May 2007, Tanya released her 1st book entitled How To Deal With A Difficult Woman: A Survival Guide For Dealing With The Wackiest, Wishy-Washy and Worrisome Women In Your Life. From the feisty females in your family to your obnoxious coworkers, this witty and insightful book serves as a pocket psychiatrist for times when you are stressed out by the difficult women in your life.

This relationship realist will release her sophomore project which will discuss why and how people repeatedly engage in unwanted, unsatisfying and unhealthy relationships. Tanya will also be featured as a co-author in 2 books for the women’s organizations she is affiliated with in 2008.

This woman on the move continues to set high standards and manifest results. It is no wonder why she was featured in the 2007 inaugural edition of the Who’s Who of Black Louisville directory. In 2002, Tanya was also nominated for a Today’s Woman Honoring Excellent Role Models award in the “Wise Woman” category. In 2003, she was featured in the Today’s Woman magazine article entitled Wise Decisions.

Having many great influences and mentors such as her late parents, Joe and Erma White, Tanya attributes her birth as an author/writer to her life coach Valorie Burton who taught her to embrace vulnerability and to work on healing hurts of the past.

Some of Tanya’s life changing keynotes and interactive workshops address such relationship issues as Breaking The Happily Unhappy Cycle, Reject Rejection, Calmly Confronting Conflict and The Art Of Asking For What You Really Want.
